Summer Fête Raises Record Funds for Charity

1st July, 2025

Bravo to all our wonderful children and parents for making this year’s green-themed Summer Fête in the Rose Garden a huge success! We are thrilled to announce that nearly £3,000 was raised - a Port Regis record - for the Chimo Trust, one of our chosen school charities. Chimo’s mission is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people across the UK by investing in innovative and accessible therapeutic support. The fête was filled with fun, laughter and community spirit, with highlights including our brass band, book stalls, smoothie stands, cakes, candy floss, sponge throwing at teachers in the stocks and the ever-popular wellie wanging! Huge thanks to Mrs Tabberer, Mr Jones, Mrs Mills and all the amazing children and parents who ran stalls and helped make the day so special. It was a joyful morning with a powerful purpose - well done everyone!
