Congratulations to Billy, Henry and Rafe, who were selected to represent the Junior Premier League’s Mid-Somerset Regional Talent Centre at an international football tournament in Holland earlier this month. Billy and Henry played at U11 level, while Rafe took to the pitch with the U9s. Both teams had a fantastic start on Saturday, with the U11s winning all their matches against strong international opposition and the U9s losing just one game - a superb effort all round. On Sunday, both teams narrowly missed out on first place despite each suffering only a single defeat. This was a remarkable achievement and all three boys should be immensely proud of their performance and sportsmanship on the international stage.
