We were thrilled to receive the news at the end of the summer term that Port Regis has been commended in the Boarding School of the Year category in this year's Independent Schools of the Year awards.
We were selected from among both senior and prep schools in this category. Judges were looking for schools that truly have boarding 'running through their DNA', a full commitment to boarding and why boarders enjoy an experience like no other.
To be selected for the final against independent schools from across the country would be a huge honour and testament to Port Regis' commitment to boarding school life. The announcement of finalists will be in early September - fingers crossed!
