Merci beaucoup to our wonderful catering staff for a delicious French lunch today. On the menu was une fricassée de poulet avec des pommes de terre boulangère, un cassoulex aux légumes and une soupe à l’oignon – the only problem was choosing which to have! Special thanks to Miss Dale for the fun French facts on the tables and take a bow, Chef Franco and co; c’était délicieux.
