Port Regis School celebrated Armed Forces Day in spectacular style on Saturday, with pupils enjoying a dynamic and educational military-themed morning. A carousel of interactive stands introduced children to key aspects of military life including rationing, communication, camouflage and concealment, STEM, vehicle recovery and physical fitness. The hands-on activities offered a unique insight into the skills and challenges faced by members of the armed forces. A special thank you goes to Port Regis parent, Lieutenant Colonel Rob Ashton, for masterminding the event alongside Mr Wildbur, as well as to the military personnel who generously shared their time and expertise. The school also extends heartfelt thanks to its forces families for their ongoing support. The morning was not only brilliant fun but also a meaningful opportunity to learn and reflect on the important role of the armed forces in society.
