Terms and Conditions

1. All cancellations must be made in writing 7 days before the commencement date of the course for a full refund.  After this period no refund will be made.
2. Courses may only be booked as a whole.
3. The Sports Club reserves the right to cancel a course.  In such cases a full refund will be given.

Medical Information

We accept cash, cheques and credit/debit cards. 
Please make cheques payable to Motcombe Park Ltd.

We regret that bookings without payment will not be accepted
