Gymnastic facilities

Port Regis has a superb fully equipped gymnasium, consisting of a complete range of Men's and Women's Artistic apparatus, a slung pitted area and a sunken trampoline.

Gymnastic coaches

We have a strong team of coaches, ranging in qualifications up to High Performance (HPC award).

Port Regis gymnasts

The gymnasts are assessed on their individual potential and are grouped accordingly. Their timetable and training hours also vary and are based on the above criteria, so that each individual's needs are realistic and achievable.
