Strollercise
One of the keys to a great fitness routine for busy Mums is convenience. What better way to get back to your Pre-baby, fit, toned body than just doing what you’re already doing pushing your stroller. Hosted by Karen Harkin, this outdoor class (unless it's wet) is based on the principles of power walking and circuit training designed specifically with Mum's in mind.

If you're looking to take your outdoor walking or running workouts to the next level, this Outdoor Circuit class will take you through interval training that will improve your fitness and tone your body whilst keeping your mind interested. Classes take place on Ivy playing fields.
