Children's Parties
Take the stress and strain out of organising your child's party by using our excellent Party Service. We understand what children want and have designed a range of fun and exciting activities to ensure every party is a memorable one. We provide fully inclusive, stress free party packages, which include a range of wet and dry activities for children of all ages to enjoy. Choose your party to suit the birthday boy or girl, while we tailor specific activities so that your child gets the most from their special day. During Term time, party buffets are also available so that Mum and Dad can relax and enjoy the day too.
Swimming Pool - With mats, floats, toys and a dedicated lifeguard – this is one wild and watery party.
Sports Hall - If you would like to play football with your friends or challenge them to another of the many sporting games available, this will be a memorable party for all.
Forest School - We invite you to have a unique and unforgettable woodland party at our purpose built Forest School. Hosted by our fully trained Forest Ranger you can choose from a range of activities including fire lighting, campfire cooking, woodland music, shelter building, clay modelling, badge and tool making (use of tools is strictly on a one-to-one basis and all activities, as well as the site, are fully risk assessed).
Gym Parties - Learn new skills, bounce on the trampoline or just have a great time climbing over all the equipment. Hosted by a qualified gymnastics coach, gym parties are guaranteed to offer a whole new party experience.
Traditional Parties - For children under seven years, a dedicated play area is available for both indoor and outdoor play. In a secure gated area, children have the excitement of wooden Wendy houses, climbing walls, balance games and sand boxes. We also have all the inside space needed for traditional party games and a birthday tea.
Booking Procedure
To book, simply read the Terms & Conditions and complete the Booking Form. You will need to include a first and second choice date for your party. Please return your completed form along with a cheque to the Sports Club and you will be contacted within seven days to confirm availability and discuss any specific requirements.
Motcombe Park Sports Club is registered with OFSTED and the Social Services so we can assure the highest safety for your children, with fully qualified staff.
