Competitions

Maths can be hard work but should also be fun!

 

We enjoy a variety of competitons and puzzles days throughout the year.

 

Every child takes part in the annual House Maths Competitions, the winners going through to a fun afternoon of Maths Challenges. 

 

We visit local senior schools to join other prep schools in Maths competitions and puzzle days.

 

The more able children in the B and A Forms (Years 7 & 8) enter the UK Maths Challenge annually, from which the best in school has the chance to go on to the National Finals.

 

The C Forms (Year 6) have their own Primary Maths Challenge.
