Crispin Simon attended Ashdown House and Westminster School. He then went to Oxford University to read Politics, Philosophy and Economics.  After an initial spell in the City at NM Rothschild, and then employment with management consultants McKinsey & Company, he has worked in Industry for the last twenty years - initially with Rexam plc (then Bowater) and then in the medical products industry as President of the Endoscopy Division of Smith & Nephew plc, based in Boston, USA; and latterly with Biocompatibles International plc where he is Chief Executive. He is a director of of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Crispin is a former Port Regis parent and was appointed a Governor in 2007 and is a member of the Finance and General Purposes Committee.
