The Governing Body

Nigel Over is a former pupil of Port Regis and he was appointed a Governor in 1999.  He is a Chartered Surveyor and is a partner of McNaughts, quantity surveyors and project managers. Having trained in private practice he was appointed Property Surveyor for the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals in 1989, and subsequently became Estates Bursar at Canford School in 1992 with responsibility for developing the campus.  In 2002 he returned to private practice surveying, and manages a Dorset-based surveying practice operating throughout the UK. He has sat on the Governing body of two other local schools.
