Anthony Cumine was educated at Dollar Academy, read Architectural Studies at Edinburgh University and has an MBA from the University of Southern California. He was a project manager for the building of the new town of Tsuen Wan in Hong Kong. He has owned an indoor go-kart centre and a pub and now works for himself in property. Anthony lives in Wiltshire and is a former PR parent. His daughter and son were at PR in 1994-2000 and 1996-2002 respectively.  He was appointed a Governor of Port Regis in 2005 and is a member of the Finance and General Purposes Committee.
