Trips & Expeditions at Port Regis

In addition to hobbies and weekend activities, regular trips are organised to supplement and reinforce our varied curriculum. These include outings to places of historical or geographical interest, concerts, lectures, art galleries, theatres, historical re-enactments and entertainments.

 

We are lucky to be located so close to the World Heritage coastline of Dorset and Devon, and we enjoy a relatively close proximity to the outward-bound centres of Wales and the Isle of Wight as well as easy access to the Channel Islands and France.

 

Each year there is a French Trip as well as a Cricket Tour of the Channel Islands, and other regular expeditions include mountaineering in Wales, caving on Dartmoor, exploring the Isles of Scilly, watersports off the Cornish coast and two or three annual ski trips to Europe on which families are especially welcome. All outdoor expeditions are supervised by fully qualified instructors.
